FAQ's

Q: I submitted to an issue and was not selected, can I submit to the next open call?
A: Yes! Each issue is curated by a different guest curator, so you may apply to as many issues as you like. However, If you are selected to appear in an issue, you cannot be featured in the next two issues.

Q: I am an international artist, can I still apply?
A: Each issue has different submission requirements. If the issue is only open to artists working in a particular region, it will be clearly stated in the submission guidelines. However, if you reside outside of the US, we unfortunately cannot send a complimentary of the issue due to shipping and customs fees.

Q: I have submitted multiple times and I have not been accepted, how can I better the odds that I will be selected for an issue?
A: Each open call is unique because we invite a different curator to select entries for each issue. However, please make sure that your submission includes all of the required materials in the requested format. Professional, high-quality photographs that allow the curator to clearly view your work are a must.
