Emily Burns - Founding Editor, Art Director

Emily Burns is an artist, curator, and designer whose work has been exhibited internationally and across the United States. She has had recent solo exhibitions at Adventureland Gallery in Chicago, IL and Kipp Gallery at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, PA, and her work has been featured in group exhibitions at Trestle (Brooklyn, NY), Lodge Gallery (New York), and John Molloy Gallery (New York), 24 Hour Charlie’s (Los Angeles) and Galleri Urbane (Dallas). She is currently pursuing an MFA in Graphic Design at The Pennsylvania State University. When not in school, she splits her time between New York City and Central Pa. Check out her work at emilyburns.com.

Sidney Mullis - Contributing Writer

Author and artist Sidney Mullis was born into a military family. Despite frequent location, she considers Spotsylvania, VA her hometown. She is currently pursuing her MFA with a concentration in sculpture at Pennsylvania State University in State College, PA. She received a BA in Studio Art with Honors at University of Mary Washington and graduated Summa Cum Laude. She is the recipient of the Graham Fellowship and Melchers Gray Purchase Award. Jo Megas - Contributing Writer

Jo Megas, a midwestern native, currently lives and writes in Central Pennsylvania. This past summer, she was selected for the the Silver Trout Curatorial Internship at the Palmer Museum of Art. She holds a B.A. with honors in Philosophy from Grinnell College. Specializing in Modernism, she is a graduate student and assistant in the department of Art History at the Pennsylvania State University.

Kaveri Raina - Contributing Writer

Kaveri Raina was born and brought up in New Delhi, India. In 2011 she graduated with a BFA in Painting, and Photography from the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). She has exhibited her work at Rochester Contemporary Art Center, NY, Ohio Art League, OH, Taubam Museum of Art, Columbus Museum of Art, and Queens Museum of Art, NY. She was a 2010 finalist for the Fulbright U.S Scholar fellowship to study Contemporary Indian artists in India. In June 2014 attended an Artist Residency fellowship exchange through the Greater Columbus Arts Council in Dresden, Germany. She is currently attending the School of the Art Institute of Chicago for her MFA in Painting and Drawing. She is represented by Hammond Harkins Gallery in Bexley, OH. Caetlynn Booth - Contributing Photographer

Caetlynn Booth is an artist based in Queens, New York. Her work has been exhibited throughout the U.S. and internationally, and she was a recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship and a D.A.A.D. grant for an independent painting project in Berlin from 2011 to 2013. Booth’s work has been featured in New American Paintings (Issue No. 87 & 93) and she has completed residencies at I-A-M Institut and GlogauAIR in Berlin, at the Vermont Studio Center, and at the Noxubee Wildlife Refuge in Mississippi. She works in oil paint on wood panel, paper, or linen, and loves seeing gallery and museum exhibitions on a frequent schedule, keeping a photographic record of these shows on her blog since 2009. Katie Kirk is an artist, curator, and writer currently living and working in Los Angeles.  She earned a BA in Film and Television Production from Loyola Marymount University.  In 2016, she graduated from the School of The Art Institute of Chicago with an MFA in Painting and Drawing.  Recently, she was selected as The Art Institute of Chicago Community Associate Artist and the SAIC MFA Dedalus Foundation nominee.  She has exhibited her work at Torrance Art Museum, Lorna Room, Brandt-Roberts Gallery, Woskob Family Gallery, and EXPO Chicago.  View her work at katienicolekirk.com
